Edgar comes to the 4Cs with over thirty years of organizing experience in SEIU 1199. He will be working most closely with Gateway, Housatonic, and Naugatuck Valley.

Michael Crotty will remain the organizer at Asnuntuck, Capital, College Office, Manchester, Northwestern and Tunxis. Bob Reutenauer will remain the organizer at Middlesex, Norwalk, Quinebaug Valley, Three Rivers, and University of Hartford.
