If you are applying for promotion:

• Please let the Campus President know your intent to apply by the last day of the semester (December 23, 2018)
• Applications are due on the 1st day of the spring semester (January 24, 2019; the Campus President can approve extensions)
• Resources are available on the 4Cs website, including sample promotion applications (here)

Attention CCPs: Please note that additional steps were added to the salary grids, so if you had been at the maximum step, you may be eligible for promotion.

Attention Special Appointments: If you work 20 or more hours a week and your hire date is prior to July 1, 2017, you may be eligible to apply for promotion. Please see the stipulated agreement and confirm your eligibility with your local HR office if you wish to apply.
