Emergency Sick Leave Bank Guidelines

A sick leave bank is a brand new benefit that was negotiated into the 4Cs contract. For that reason, it took several months to determine how it would be implemented. Please see the attached guidelinesĀ here.

Everyone should note that:

The donation of three days only occurs one time, but upon retirement, all members' sick days in excess of 240 shall be assigned to the ESLB.
