Last week, you received a note from 4Cs President Bonina about the impact of the elections on Contract Negotiations and SEBAC.

Our coalition bargaining team of the 4Cs, AFT and AFSCME met with Board of Regents bargaining team on December 15 and agreed to several additional concepts, including automatic insertion into the seniority pool after meeting a certain threshold as well as improvements to special appointment language.

There remains nothing to report on economic matters (wages, professional development, etc.) and we still anticipate bringing these issues before an arbitrator.
